FASTING

1.) Never use a clock to dictate your window instead allow the body to naturally dictate this behavior it.

2.) If you are hungry break your fast.

 

 

FEASTING

1.) Caloric intake and meal composition is left to the body to determine, no form of counting is ever necessary for any nutrients.

2.) Body function is optimized  by eating most of your caloric intake in one sitting.
